Large Quantities of Meat: 

How to Begin: 

The process will begin with you calling 360-678-5445 or emailing in your order. Please make sure you give us your name, number, email, and any other important information you think we might need (leaving country for a period of time, possible number change.) Once we confirm with you that the order is down in our system, there will be a silent period of 1- 10 weeks (depending on the time of year.) We will contact you when the order is ready, you may have to wait depending on time of year and size of cattle. 


Processing: 

We use Island Grown Farmers Co-op, located in Bow, WA. They are a mobile slaughter unit that comes direct to our farm. IGFC is USDA Inspected butcher shop and hand processes all cutting and packing.  


Pick Up: 

Once your name comes to the top of our list the main office will contact you and set up a time at 3 Sisters Market to come pick up your order. Please make sure to be on time as we are limited on freezer space at the store. 


Payment: 
There is no down payment, you pay at the time of pick up at 3 Sisters Market (CASH, CHECK, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND DISCOVER)


Packaging:

The meat is frozen and packaged per item with labels according to cut.


Commonly Asked Questions: 

1. Are you Organic? We are not certified organic but do practice organic practices/processes 

2. Can we get all the offal of the animal? Please state on your special order if you want the following: Heart, Liver, or Tongue.
